I have had the pleasure of working with AccuStat for over 7 years, in that, they have been providing my medical transcription not only when I was employed by St. Joseph Hospital and Presbyterian Health Care System in the past, but also currently in my private practice.

I have been very impressed by their next-day turnaround but most of all their lack of errors in my transcriptions. Initially, when I started with AccuStat they sat down with me and helped me develop a personalized template in order to save me a lot of time when I dictate on my patients.

Another asset is that I can call in my dictation on my office/home phone or cell phone and not need to worry about tape recorder problems or buying tapes.

I have not had any problems with AccuStat in locating my past dictations, if necessary, since they keep accurate archives of all my dictations. I have also had the occasions when I needed a STAT transcription the same day and I am happy to say that they have always accommodated my request.

Overall, I am completely satisfied with their professionalism and excellent service and absolutely have no reservations in recommending them to provide medical transcription for any medical practice.
